I kept seeing the same pattern: smart, capable people stuck on technology decisions that weren't actually about technology. They were stuck on time. On overwhelm. On not knowing where to start.
Who I Am
I’m Titi, the founder of Digital Life Essentials.
I started this business because the informal version of it had already been running for years — people in my community reaching out when technology stopped cooperating, when digital life became unmanageable, when they needed someone to handle it or explain it without making them feel behind. Device setup, digital organization, getting online, building confidence with their devices. Informal support that kept growing until it became a business.
Some people wanted to learn. Others just wanted it done. Most wanted a mix of both depending on what they were dealing with.
That experience is grounded in 20+ years in financial services — risk management, large institutions, complex environments. What I kept seeing was that the people who stayed on top of things weren’t smarter or less busy. They had better systems.
So I built a business around that reality. Based in Forest Hills, Queens, NYC — with remote sessions available anywhere.
How I Work
Every service I offer can be delivered two ways: Learn It (I guide you through it, you build the skill) or Leave It (I handle it for you, no learning curve required). Some clients pick one. Most use both depending on what they’re dealing with.
I work across five areas: tech skills and AI guidance, digital organization, resume and job search strategy, website builds, and business foundations.
